Free + Open to all

Enjoy free admission to our current exhibitions, live music by Kate McCann from 5pm - 7pm in the courtyard and special artwork from RSU13 Elementary School in the ArtLab in partnership with Friends of South School

Kate McCann is a folk singer and banjo player based in midcoast Maine who draws from her time spent immersed in old-time, Irish, and maritime folk music traditions.  Playing both original compositions as well as arrangements of traditional songs, she explores how folk music exists in the contemporary world not as a static artifact of the past but as an active practice that both the musician and audience can engage with.
